I think everyone knows what they should not be eating but our minds can be a demon and so we eat it anyway. I'm planning on losing 20 pounds and I'll start today.....
this was very miss leading. It should of been more what It says instead of what it actually is. This is for someone who needs to lose about 10 or 15 lbs. It does say this in the forward of the book but you dont see that until after you purchuse it. Should of been more clear from the start
I loved having everything all in one place! I have tried many programs...weight watchers...atkins...workouts galore..it is nice to have everything covered here without feeling like I have to follow strict plan. This one gives the common sense approach, great tips and motivational snippets to keep me on track. i am looking forward to getting healthier with this new lifestyle!

Easy to read, short read. Good for people at any stage wanting to loose a few pounds
